Surveying
SURVEYING ENGINEERING: A broadcast of our Argentineans colleagues in the career of Surveying in Buenos Aires, Argentina. Demonstrated in it are all the activities that are part of our profession.
The Career online
"Topographers, as successors to the old time cartographers and cosmologists from our past…those restless and adventurous men that wanted to study the sky, its celestial bodies and constellations, to have knowledge of the earth's magnetic field, to know which path ships should take to reach every corner of the planet…that adventurous spirit at the service of human kind is still present in the topographers and cartographers of today".
Antena 3 Television News
A report from Antenna 3 Television on the wave of robberies of Topography equipment that have affected our colleagues in the field of construction.
It is recommended not to leave equipment unattended in cars or during meals, or if it is possible to keep the car within sight, not to allow too much separation while the project is in progress, or if the need arises, to disassemble the equipment or ask someone at the site to watch over it. These actions could be sufficient in the prevention of a robbery. |
